The hotel's decoration was lovely, especially the lobby area which had a charming ambiance. It felt warm and inviting, perfect for senior guests like myself. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible, making it convenient for older people to navigate around. Additionally, the hotel's location near the metro station was a great advantage for exploring different areas of Guangzhou.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is improved service from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there didn't prioritize assisting guests, especially during the busy Canton Fair.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Guangzhou. The location was perfect for exploring wholesale markets, and taxis were affordable. The king size bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the room itself was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel even had a convenient money changing machine in the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Dong Fang hotel in Guangzhou exceeded my expectations. The value for money was great compared to other hotels in the area. The swimming pool and garden were perfect for relaxing in the evening. The room had a washing machine and the security was adequate. The location was ideal, with many nice eating places nearby and easy access to the airport.

The hotel is located in a great area with several options for Chinese food nearby, from excellent restaurants to street markets. Situated in the center of the city, it also offers easy access to a shopping complex and other attractions. The rooms are quite pleasant, with comfortable beds, good-sized bathrooms, and impeccable cleaning. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the service experience enjoyable.

Some guests had issues with the quality of breakfast, which was reportedly overpriced compared to other options in the area.

Definitely good times for this hotel passed away. Need general refurbishing, corridors are smelly, disgusting bathroom, carpets are with huge spots, it's worth only *** european standard. totally overpriced!!!!! Staff didn't want to help me making a chinese call to clarify the matter with missing train ticket.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was equipped well, very nice bar with places outside in the beautiful garden.

The breakfast was not diverse, windows in the room were locked therefore it was a lack of fresh air.

I enjoyed my romantic stay in this hotel. The outdoor facilities were impressive, including a nice swimming pool and a large parking space. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always willing to provide helpful tips and recommendations.

I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the room. The cupboard doors did not close properly, and the shower area had some dirt in the gaps between the tiles.

I actually I liked nothing during my stay at Dong Fang Hotel. the staff were not friendly at all. the room was given to us at the end line of block No. 2 and it is very far from the hotel reception and the swimming pool. the carpet of the hotel is very old with bad smell. I requested them to move to the other block which is new but they refused. It seems that the staff of the hotel don't like ARAB people and the staff intended to give ARAB people bad and far rooms. This is only 3 star hotel.

The room had dim lighting and soft bedding that added to the feeling of intimacy. the hotel offered a couple's spa package that was truly enjoyable. The location was perfect for a romantic escape, as it was away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden view from our room.

The room itself had several shortcomings. The furniture was old and outdated, and some of the upholstery was frayed.

I really like the hotel the location is great, price is not high, and room size is very good, thats it other than this I will more than happy to recomend the hotel to all my family, frinds, bus partners. Cheers, Ayman
